1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix

Mix as pie dough and put in bottom of jelly roll pan. 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lb. powdered sugar

Cream sugar and cheese. Beat eggs and add to cream cheese. Add vanilla. Pour over crust. Dust with powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Substitute lemon cake mix and lemon extract for Lemon Bars.
