SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1 lb. good sausage 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 (9") deep dish pie shell (partially cooked) 2 eggs 1 c. (or more) shredded cheddar cheese Crumble and cook sausage with onion until sausage is done. Drain and put in partially baked pie shell. Combine eggs with whipping cream and pour over sausage mixture. Top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool slightly before cutting. |
