BROCCOLI SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 lb. Italian sausage (mild or hot)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a deep dish pie plate. Fry sausage; crumble. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper, drained and crumbled sausage, and cheese in pie plate. Beat rest of ingredients until smooth. Pour in pie plate. Bake until golden brown 35 to 40 minutes. Test with knife in center to check if it is done.
