SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1 lb. hot sausage 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. shredded Swiss or sharp cheese 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell Crumble sausage in fry pan and cook until brown. Remove from pan and drain well. Spread cooked sausage on bottom of unbaked pie shell. Mix eggs, milk and cheese and pour over sausage. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees and 40 minutes at 300 degrees. |
