SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped, fresh spinach (optional)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Sprinkle cooked sausage and 1/2 of the cheese in 10 inch greased pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with electric beater.

Pour into plate, sprinkling remaining half of cheese on top. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes, in preheated oven at 400 degrees. Cool 5 minutes.
