EGG AND SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
Pastry for one 9 inch crust 8 oz. bulk sausage 4 eggs, hard cooked, chopped 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese 1 c. (4 oz.) grated cheddar cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Do not prick pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Cook sausage and drain. Sprinkle hard boiled eggs in bottom of crust. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture has set. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 6. |
