HAM AND EGG QUICHE 
1 Pet-Ritz "Deep Dish" pie crust shell, baked
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ground ham
4 hard cooked eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. light cream
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle hard cooked eggs in bottom of pie crust. Top with ham and cheeses. Combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over filling. Bake on preheated cookie sheet until mixture is set, about 35 minutes. Let stand before serving.

Substitution: 1/2 pound cooked pork sausage can be substituted for ground ham.
