OVERNIGHT BAKED HAM & EGG QUICHE | |
10 slices of white bread, cubed in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated over bread 3 c. ham, cubed 1 onion, grated 1 green pepper 1 tick butter, melt & pour over all 6 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk Put cubed white bread in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Grate Velveeta cheese over bread. Add ham, onion, green pepper. Melt butter and pour over all. Beat eggs and add 2 cups milk. Pour over all. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
