GERMAN BAKED EGGS | |
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 dozen eggs 1/2 c. melted butter, put into 9"x13" pan 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Slightly beat the eggs, then add the flour and remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean. in center (approximately 40 minutes). Eggs should be firm and lightly brown on top. |
