EASY COBBLER | |
1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 qt. peaches (fresh or canned) 3/4 stick butter Cook fruit and sugar in pan for 20 minutes. Heat butter and mix with fruit. Mix flour and milk well. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour in fruit mixture. Stir lightly, but do not stir fruit to edge of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with ice cream (other fruits, like cherries, can be used). |
