POLENTA 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine cornmeal, salt and cold water. Slowly add to boiling water, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Cover; reduce heat and continue cooking 10 minutes. Stir in grated cheese and tomato sauce. This is a side dish.
