BAKE BROCCOLI RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 boxes frozen, thawed, drained chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced water chestnuts
1 c. Velveeta cheese or 1 jar Cheez Whiz

Melt butter in saucepan, saute onions and celery. Mix together and put in a 9x13 inch dish. Cover with foil and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
