BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Melt cheese over low heat. Combine with soup mix until smooth. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
