OVEN-FRIED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Place skin side down in 9"x13" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, brushing with oil mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over. Bake for 15 minutes longer.
