PORK CHOP WITH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. uncooked seasoned long-grain wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
6 pork chops

Salt and pepper chops to taste. Heat oven to 350°F. Place rice in large baking dish.. Mix soup, water, soy sauce and onion. Add drained vegetables. Place pork chops on top.

Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
