PORK CHOP - RICE CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops, fast browned in bacon fat
1-2 can of chicken and rice soup
1/2 to 1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® Converted Rice, NOT quick cook variety)
1/2 to 1 c. water
Chopped onions and carrots
Salt and pepper to taste

After browning pork chops, place them in casserole pan. Add soup and water to frying pan drippings and boil a few minutes. Place chopped onions and carrots in casserole. Add rice and then pour soup drippings etc. Cover over rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
