PORK CHOP-RICE CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion
1 can of mushroom soup
3 c. water

Brown chops in skillet, remove from pan. Add rice, salt and water; mix and stir up browned particles from bottom of skillet. Then add pork chops, chopped onion and top with can of mushroom soup. Put lid on and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
