PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 soup can water
6 - 8 pork chops
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Sprinkle rice in casserole dish. Heat soup and water. Pour over rice. Sprinkle with dry soup. Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hour and 15 minutes without uncovering.
