2 sticks butter 8 tbsp. powdered sugar 2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and mix well. Add flour 1/3 at a time. Mix well. Add pecans. Shape into finger forms and place on baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees until brown or 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, after removing from the oven. |
