LADY FINGERS | |
1 c. butter 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour, all-purpose 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. water Cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Blend in flour and add nuts last. Chill 4 hours, then shape into fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool slightly and roll into confectioners sugar. |
