BLUEBERRY TORTE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
2 beaten eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling

Mix first four ingredients together and pat in 8 x 12-inch glass pan. Mix eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in blender and pour over crumb crust.

Bake at 250°F for 20 minutes; let cool. Top with blueberry pie filling (or other fruit pie fillings). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
