5 c. plain flour 1 c. powdered sugar 1 lb. real butter 3 c. pecans Sift into bowl flour and sugar. Melt butter and add butter and 3 cups chopped pecans to flour and sugar mixture. Mix well by hand. Shape into 2 inch oblong finger shape. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Check when bottoms get brown they are done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
