1 cup Mexican sour cream
1/2 cup mayo (not Miracle Whip)
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. sugar
crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
vinegar to thin it out to a sauce

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or bullet. Adjust vinegar, jalapenos, red pepper to you liking. Chill. Good for dipping tortilla chips.
