PORK CHOPS WITH PAPRIKA 
6 loin pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange the chops in shallow heatproof casserole so that they do not touch. Mix the garlic, caraway, paprika, salt and pepper; sprinkle over the chops. Cover and let the chops marinate in the refrigerator 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to slow (300 degrees). Bake the chops in the marinade, uncovered, until tender, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
