SOUTHWESTERN DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni or salami, chopped finely
1 can chopped green chilis, undrained
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Stir in pepperoni or salami, green chilies, onion and chives. Spoon into 1 quart baking dish.

Sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
