KIELBASA - MUSHROOMS 
1 sm. green pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. butter
1 lb. kielbasa, sliced
1 c. tomato soup
1 tall thin can grated Parmesan cheese

Saute pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender. Mix kielbasa, tomato soup, cheese and mushrooms. Put mixture into a covered saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently until cheese is stringy.
