KIELBASA & KRAUT 
1 ring of polska kielbasa, cut in bite size slices
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 can sliced potatoes
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 carrots, chopped
1 can of beer
Oil & salt & pepper to taste

Boil sauerkraut in pot covered with water about 15 minutes. Drain. Coat large skillet with oil, stir fry mushrooms, onions, carrots on high until slightly cooked. Add slices of kielbasa, potatoes and sauerkraut. (May want to add 2 tablespoons butter for flavor.) Fry on medium heat until everything is slightly browned. Add beer and cover. Simmer at least 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers the better it tastes.
