CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour about 3/4 of the batter into well greased and sugared pan. Add 3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup to remaining batter. Mix batter well and pour over batter in pan. Bake 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
