CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice

Combine all ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Pour 3/4 batter into greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.

Add 3/4 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup to remaining batter and mix well. Pour over batter in pan. Bake 350 degrees about 1 hour. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
