MANDARIN ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 sm. boxes Jello tapioca pudding
3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip (may use lite)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained

Bring to a full boil tapioca pudding and water. Add orange Jello and cool 5-10 minutes. Add Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Cool until set.
