MANDARIN ORANGE/PINEAPPLE SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
6 oz. can orange juice concentrate
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Dissolve Jello in hot water with frozen orange juice and mix well. Add the drained oranges and the pineapple. After the mixture is congealed, spread with the topping.

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Beat the instant lemon pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and spread on top of salad.

This is a very good and refreshing salad recipe, and it especially pretty with the Thanksgiving holiday colors. It is popular with family and friends. However, I do use 12 oz. of Cool Whip. I am uncertain what size a small container would be since the smallest I find is usually 8 oz.
