MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
Congealed Salad:

1 large box orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool and add orange juice, pineapple, and oranges. Congeal and add topping.

Topping:

1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 pint Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of Jello mixture and serve.
