ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (10 oz.) cans Las Palmas Red Chilis
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dozen tortillas

Heat Las Palmas sauce in small fry pan. Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic. Grate cheese. Butter casserole. Dip tortillas in warm sauce and cover bottom of casserole dish with tortillas.

Layer meat, cheese and tortillas until all ingredients are used. Add 1/2 cup water; cover and bake 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
