ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. Las Palmas enchilada sauce 1 sm. can chopped Ortega chilies 1 sm. can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 12 corn tortillas 1 can pitted olives 1 1/2 c. grated cheese Use 9 x 13 inch dish. Oven, 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, covered. Brown ground beef and onion. DO NOT season. Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Alternate layers of tortillas with mixture. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Cover with foil. Uncover last 10 minutes. |
