FOOL PROOF PIE CRUST 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. egg

Sift flour, sugar, salt, and shortening. Mix until it is coarse. Then add beaten egg, water, and vinegar. Stir until blended together. Roll on flour. Make 4 shells.
