SWISS CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Vegetable oil
8 oz. ham, thinly sliced
16 cooked asparagus spears
8 slices Swiss cheese

Sprinkle chicken breasts lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika. Saute in vegetable oil over medium heat or grill until cooked through. Top each breast with ham, 2 spears of asparagus and a slice of cheese. Place under a heated broiler until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
