CRISPY OVEN CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
6 boneless chicken breasts or 8 drumsticks

Crush noodles with a rolling pin and pour into a pie plate. Melt butter on low heat and remove from stove. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well.

Rinse and dry chicken pieces and brush both sides with honey mixture, then roll in noodles. Place in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Add extra noodles to top of pieces. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees on lower shelf. Makes 4-6 servings.
