CRISPY OVEN CHICKEN 
13 oz. can chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
8 chicken drumsticks or thighs

Break up noodles, put in pie pan. Melt butter in saucepan. Mix with honey, lemon and soy sauce. Stir well. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Brush chicken with melted butter honey mixture. Roll chicken in noodles. Put chicken in 13x9 baking dish. Put crushed noodles on top of chicken. Bake chicken 1 hour, 375 degrees.
