RHUBARB GOODY 
4 c. rhubarb (cut in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces)
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter

Put rhubarb in a bowl, add sugar, flour and cinnamon, stir to mix. Place mixture in an 8x8x2 inch greased pan.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Make topping by mixing flour, oats and brown sugar together. Cut in butter with a fork and stir until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Bake for 35 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and top is golden brown.
