APPLE STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
4 apples, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Cut butter into flour. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water. Mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough in 3 parts.

Roll out on floured cloth; roll thin. Arrange apples on long side and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoons tapioca (or to your taste) and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees in greased pan for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
