APPLE STRUDEL ROLLS 
2 c. sifted flour
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Cut shortening or butter into flour as pie crust, add salt. Mix together egg yolks, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture with a fork and add a little more flour if needed to make a heavy dough that can easily be handled. Chill dough at least 3 hours. Divide dough into 2 or 3 parts.

FILLING:

1 c. ground graham crackers
6 to 7 apples, chopped fine (use blender)
1 c. sugar

Mix 1 tablespoon flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll out dough, then spread above mixture. Add crushed nuts on top of apple mixture and crumble a little butter on filling. Roll as for nut rolls. Makes 2 large or 3 smaller rolls. Bake a t 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
