APPLE ROLL 
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/8 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and chop 4 cups of apples. Mix together sugar and water; cook on low heat while making biscuit mix. Mix together ingredients for biscuits. Roll out dough fairly thin, put on chopped apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, roll up and slice 1 inch thick. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour syrup over top and bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
