SEAFOOD VARIETY SALAD 
2 c. cooked shrimp
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tbsp. pimientos, diced
4 c. cooked seashell macaroni
1 c. salad dressing

Olives, ripe and green Pink salmon Sardines Marinated herring Baby artichoke hearts Radishes and assorted relishes

Step 1: Combine first set of ingredients and chill.

Step 2: Place leaf lettuce on serving platter and arrange shrimp seashell salad in center surrounded by remaining ingredients. Serve as a delicious luncheon entree.
