BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
2 fresh green onions, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt, nonfat
6 packets artificial sweetener
1/4 c. vinegar

Step 1: Mix chopped broccoli, chopped onions and raisins together in bowl, set aside.

Step 2: Cook bacon on bacon rack in microwave 4 minutes on high turning dish 1/4 turn once. Press between layers of paper towels to remove any excess fat. Crumble bacon into broccoli mixture.

Step 3: Mix together; mayonnaise, yogurt, sweetener, and vinegar.

Step 4: Pour into broccoli mixture and mix well. Divide into 8 equal portions.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
