CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked or canned
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Lightly (spray) or grease 9 inch pie plate, put in chicken and broccoli. Puree all remaining ingredients in blender and pour on top of chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
