CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
2 (13 oz.) cans chicken
1 c. chopped broccoli, cooked
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional
1/4 c. chopped onion, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Prick bottom and sides of pie shell; brush with beaten egg. Bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees; line bottom with strips of Swiss cheese. Mix remaining ingredients beginning with the eggs; put in crust. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
