CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2-4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned & cut into pieces
1 sm. onion, minced
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. half and half milk (or other "heavy" milk)
2 (9") ready made pie shells
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked to pkg. directions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bake the two pie shells for 5 minutes at 375 degrees (or as stated on the package). While shells are baking, mix the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour mixture into shells. Top with paprika if desired. Bake the filled shells for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
