STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. hot water
2 boxes strawberry Jello (3 oz.)

Crush pretzels with rolling pin. Shake in sieve to remove salt. Add sugar and melted butter. Press flat in 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool for 1 hour.

Step 2: Beat well the cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over pretzel mixture.

Step 3: Add hot water to Jello. Add strawberries when slightly jelled. Pour mixture over cream cheese and pretzel mixture. Keep chilled. Also good with lime Jello and pineapples.
