HO - BO SUPPER | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 4 carrots, sliced 4 med. potatoes, chunks 1 stalk celery 2 c. chopped cabbage 1 can tomato soup 3/4 c. water In a large casserole, alternate layers of raw beef, cabbage, potato, carrots, and onion, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper. Dilute soup with water; pour over top of casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
