TEXAS STYLE LASAGNE 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 sm. pkg. lasagne noodles
1 (16 oz.) jar Ragu
1 (8 oz.) can hot tomato sauce
4 oz. drained mushrooms
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz. ricotta cheese

Mix garlic with Italian sausage. Brown. Cook lasagne noodles simultaneously. After browning sausage, mix with Ragu, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Layer sausage mixture, cheese and noodles in 9x13 inch pan. Start with sauce. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
